Trainers are selected based on subject matter expertise and training/facilitation skills. Because trainers are the “face” of the Institute every time they deliver a session for us, we select them carefully. Referrals and testimonials from other professionals and periodic solicitations are used to identify potential trainers for Institute services.

Periodically, The Institute will solicit additional trainers with specific areas of expertise based on our need to deliver various curricula. Institute staff may request to see a prospective trainer in action, or may suggest that they undergo an interview and "audition" process to determine proficiency in training skills and subject matter expertise.
